Kristen Anne Bell was born in 1980. She's an American singer and actress. Born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier - a nurse - and Tom Bell - a television director. She is an American actor and singer. She has Polish (mother's) and German (father's), English, Irish and Scottish ancestry. Kristen's talents for performing were discovered at a very young age. She was cast in the role of Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell's mom introduced her to an agent when she was thirteen, and she was subsequently cast for television and newspaper commercials. Bell also began taking acting lessons in private at that time. Bell was a character who did not have a credit in Polish Wedding (1998), a film released in 1998. Bell was a part of the drama and music clubs of Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was performed by her high school and she took home the part of Dorothy. Bell then moved in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She was a musical theatre student there. Bell quit studying in the year 2001, and assumed the role of Becky the character of Tom Sawyer. It was also in 2001 when Bell's debut appearance was in a movie that had been credited, Pootie Tang (2002). However, her part is cut off and the credits only display her. Bell was seen with Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
